The purpose of fostering is to get the pets out of the shelter environment and used to living in a normal household which will make them more adoptable.

Terms & Conditions

_X_ I acknowledge that animals are unpredictable and their behavior may change after being in a home environment. I agree to give my foster animal a chance to adjust, unless I feel that the animal poses a danger to my family.

_X_ I agree that animals should be supervised any time children are around and/or when being fed.

_X_ I acknowledge I have been advised to crate my foster animal when away from home. Any property damage caused by the foster animal is the responsibility of the foster family.

_X_ I agree to put a name tag on my foster immediately and ensure he is always wearing it. A name tag will be provided if needed.

_X_ I agree that my foster animals will be clean and flea-free when brought to adoption events.

_X_ I agree to keep a copy of my foster animals’ medical paperwork in my possession.

_X_ I understand that any medical care needed by my foster must be approved by Saving with Soul. WE DO NOT PAY FOR EMERGENCY VET SERVICES. If I choose to take my foster to an emergency vet clinic, I understand I may be responsible for some or all of the cost.

_X_ I understand that my foster animals belong to Saving with Soul; however, I am authorized to process adoption applications and, if I am comfortable, make the final determination as to the approval of an application. I agree to turn over adoption paperwork and the adoption fee to Saving with Soul as soon as reasonably possible.

_X_ I acknowledge that Saving with Soul will not be held liable in the event a foster animal injures my permanent pets. I also understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my own pets are vaccinated, including Bordetella, to reduce the risk of my pets being infected by an illness carried by a foster animal.

_X_ I hereby agree to hold harmless Saving with Soul Pet Rescue for any and all claims, and agree to waive all rights of subrogation and defense against Saving with Soul Pet Rescue.
